Social Media Manager

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a rockstar social media manager with experience in writing, content creation, and social media growth. The ideal candidate will have experience creating content and growing social media accounts on Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Pinterest, and Youtube. The candidate will have an incredible "can do," a positive attitude, and an intrapreneur spirit.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Work with the internal marketing team to develop a social media strategy that leverages branding and messaging for each client

  • Work with content writers, designers, and video editors to create public-facing content (written, photo and video)

  • Coordinate and schedule content, campaigns, and updates to clients’ social media channels

  • Oversee editorial calendar of assigned clients and ensure that content is created ahead of time.

  • Post content across the social channels of different clients according to the editorial calendar. Relevant platforms include but are not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.

  • Monitor the client’s social media accounts and respond to user comments and direct messages where applicable. And/or direct user concerns to the appropriate department to handle.

  • Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in many social media platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, and Facebook)

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a marketing or PR agency working as a social media manager and content creator

  • Ability to write and/or design great content

  • A portfolio of examples of social media accounts that have been personally grown by yourself

  • Fluency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
