Dr. Alexa D’Agostino, Ph.D., is a serial entrepreneur, investor, celebrity marketer, and consultant. She founded her first company at 18 and sold that and five others for over nine figures by 30. Alexa has generated over $6 BILLION in sales over her career.
As an experienced entrepreneur and expert marketer, she has built over 15 6, 7, 8, and 9-figure of her own companies (the largest $400m+) and has had six exits totaling over nine figures by the age of 30. Alexa also has five degrees, including a Ph.D. and three master's degrees, in business, technology, and marketing.
Alexa's success does not just stop at her own companies. She has had incredible success as a consultant scaling her client's businesses. Starting her career as a programmer, she has built strong logical skills to help her understand how to leverage data to maximize growth. Her unique background in technology and marketing helped her create a unique Marketing by Modification™ philosophy that has successfully scaled over 400 client businesses above 6, 7, 8, and 9-figures (the largest $350M).
Her trademarked philosophy combines the power of strategy, technology, marketing, communications, sales, and media to successfully create a robust omnichannel approach to scale organizations to their goal quickly. As a master marketer and a data enthusiast, these achievements have helped Alexa and her team win 8+ Two-Comma Clickfunnel Awards ($1M in a single funnel).
Over the last 17 years, she has gained experience building marketing campaigns in various industries, from technology, marketing, food/restaurant, fintech, education, ed-tech, beauty, retail, health and wellness, pet, healthcare, finance, banking, and more. During that time, she has managed budgets as large as $100+ million and led teams as small as two people and as large as 120. Tonia is a seasoned entrepreneur, visionary,Strategist, and business consultant. She has one of the founding partners of Passion to CEO coaching program and is our clarity and offer coach. She has successfully built multiple 6-figure, both brick-and-mortar and online, businesses scaling her team from 0 to over 500 like-minded people. She is a bad ass at creating vision statements and even more of a bad ass at making awesome irresistible offers that has personally made our companies over $2m in the last 12 months.

Deborah is a seasoned c-suite executive, business advisor, problem-solver, and operations expert. She is a veteran of both corporate and entrepreneurial business usually being first in on teams, projects, and opportunities. She has an extensive business strategy and marketing background with Fortune 50 companies as well as entrepreneurial startups with over 30 years of career experience. She has successfully built multiple 6 & 7-figure businesses in a variety of sectors including entertainment, sports, hospitality, CPG/retail, and education. Combining corporate experience with small business experience, she brings a full kit of business tools to client work.
Deborah’s success is her client’s success. Her intrapreneurial nature and focus creates growth for the businesses she works with and has helped scale multiple 7- and 8-figure businesses leading to exits exceeding acquisition goals. She has helped raise over $150M for start-ups and has experience in a broad range of industries and business strategy to match. She brings the added benefit of over a decade of experience as a master coach with expertise in elite performance and executive development.
