Creative Director

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A creative director brings a mix of marketing expertise and business understanding to the position, to help promote our company and that of our clients. Their duties would include management of people and resources to keep creative output at the cutting edge of trends and best practices. A creative director should have a natural eye for art, design and a drive to inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Work with the marketing team to produce new ideas for branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing assets.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.

  • Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short-and long-term needs by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and other editors.

  • Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest design techniques.

  • Help implement tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements.

  • Shape brand styles and create procedures to ensure all design assets are brand appropriate for each individual client.

  • Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences.

  • Creating reusable objects and templates, for social media and other publishing platforms.

  • Obtain approvals for deliverables.
